The world has been invaded by mysterious aliens who control the population through a strange sound.
Only 20% are immune: neurodivergent people.
Isolated on a ranch, a small group of survivors discovers that the very difference for which the world has always punished them is now humanity's only hope for survival.

More than 1.6 billions of neurodivergent people suffer everyday for being born different.
Every year they produce hundreds of inclusive projects.
But everything is the same.
We don’t need inclusion.
We need to accept who we are and change our context.
The pain of feeling broken, disabled, and defective for being who you are does not heal with slogans or corporate dynamics.
It heals with narrative, belonging and pride.

I was born neurodivergent on all four sides:
— ADHD, autistic, gifted, and dyslexic.
I know the needs, the pains and the fears of the neurodivergent people because they are mine.
The Refuge isn't born from the intention to help.
It is born from the responsibility and the commitment to do so.
I am going to ensure that future neurodivergent people have a more hopeful context than I had.
And that those who are here now have the dignified life they deserve.
Only we can save ourselves.
